Returns
Phatbird accepts returns only for defective, incorrect, or damaged items. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@phatbird.co.uk, quoting your order number and including clear photos or video showing the issue (plus unboxing proof if the package arrived damaged). Once approved, you may choose a replacement of the same item or a refund for the item.
We do not accept returns for:
- Worn or used items
- Items without original tags & packaging
- Sale, discount, clearance or Black Friday items
- Size-related returns — please check the size chart before ordering, as exchanges for sizing or preference are not offered
- Underwear, bodysuits, swimwear and shapewear
- Accessories including earrings and hair items, for hygiene reasons
- Digital gift cards
Refunds: approved refunds take 3–7 business days to reach you, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancelling before dispatch: cancellations requested within 12 hours are eligible for an 80% refund of the order value; 20% is retained as a processing & restocking fee. Orders already processed for shipment cannot be cancelled.
